Clinical Innovations to Host Forum, Demonstrate Products at Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses Convention
SALT LAKE CITY, June 21, 2018 —Clinical Innovations, one of the world’s leading medical device companies exclusively focused on labor and delivery and neonatal intensive care, will present an educational forum and participate as an exhibitor at the 2018 Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Convention. The show takes place June 23-27 at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida.
For the third consecutive year, the company will host the “forMOM. forBABY. forLIFE. Educational Forum” featuring top experts discussing industry hot topics in an informal setting. Speakers will include Carol J. Harvey, M.S.; Kris A. Karlsen, Ph.D., APRN, NNP-BC; and Dr. Sean Esplin, M.D.
Clinical Innovations will also be on the exhibit floor (Booth #825), sharing information and giving interactive demonstrations of its market-leading products. Those include the ebb® Complete Tamponade System, a rapid-deployment device that effectively treats postpartum hemorrhage (PPH), as well as the ROM Plus® Rupture of Membranes Test, Kiwi® Vacuum-Assisted Delivery System and babyLance™ Safety heel stick. Attendees will be able to practice using the ebb® with a low-fidelity PPH trainer and with Clinical Innovation’s new PPH e-simulator, which tests users with a variety of scenarios in a virtual operating room setting.
